A real Unicode block, not an approximation
Most styles on this site work by finding the closest visual stand-in for a look Unicode doesn't have an exact character for. Fraktur is an exception: the Unicode Standard defines a dedicated Mathematical Fraktur block with a genuine one-to-one letter for letter mapping, the same block German-language typesetting historically used for blackletter print. That's why this style reproduces cleanly and consistently across every device.
Fraktur vs. Bold Fraktur
Regular Fraktur has thinner, more ornate strokes that read well in longer passages. Bold Fraktur is heavier and holds up better at small sizes — the more common pick for usernames, tattoo previews, and logo mockups.
